This mid-size event was handled mostly by other companies when it came to the catering and planning, while we were called on to organize the check-in table and supply helpers. While the party planners did a great job catering, decorating and inviting guests, we were given only a day to print, collect and put together the VIP tags, learn their specialized program for invites and check-ins, and find helpers for the actual event.
While this was one of our smaller scale event projects, the results and happy response from both guests and the hosts proved positive and reflective of our quick-paced work ethic.
